Comments

When you leave comments on our website, we collect the data you enter in the comment form, including your IP address and browser details, to help detect spam. An anonymized string (hash) from your email might be shared with the Gravatar service to check if you use it, and their privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible publicly alongside it.

Cookies

When you visit our site, we use cookies to enhance your experience and analyze traffic. These include cookies from Google Analytics and Bing Analytics to track visitor trends, and Google reCAPTCHA cookies to secure forms, which last according to their policies. Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments. For registered users, we store profile data, which you can view, edit, or delete anytime (except your username), and administrators can also access this. Contact data from emails or the mail form, without a sales agreement or invoice, is retained for a maximum of 1 year, in line with general data protection practices (please verify this complies with local laws). Sales data from invoices is kept for 10 years, as required by Egyptian legislation for financial records.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data or ask us to erase it. Send such requests to info@terrybamsterdam.com. This does not apply to data we must retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service. Data may also be processed by Google (for Analytics, Maps, and reCAPTCHA), Bing, PayPal, and Paymob, based in the US and other regions, under their privacy policies. We use secure methods to transfer data and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
